Our team is skilled and accomplished in running conferences for organizations. From keynote speakers, to providing an Emcee in the main ballroom with hundreds of people, to small breakout rooms, we are your one stop shop for your company's conference, summit, or retreat.

Coaching
We provide executive coaching to leaders and employees alike, tailoring the conversations based upon the needs of the client. All conversations are kept strictly confidential. Meeting regularity can be established by the client and the coach.

Leadership Assessments
The assessments we are authorized and certified to run are: StrengthsFinder, Insights Discovery, Emotional Intelligence, 360 company tailored assessment, and Change Management. Often leadership assessments are coupled with coaching or team building or training events, but they can also be offered as a standalone option.

Training
Our team continues to stay up on the latest trends for adult learning to ensure the best experiences possible. We are experts in researching, designing, developing, and delivering any leadership or communication topic that your leaders and staff may be looking for. Think Conflict Resolution, Interviewing Skills (for those internal competitive promotions!), Communication Strategies, Presentation Skills, leadership assessments, and more.

Team Building
Our team building events range based upon the culture of the company. Is an in-class training assessment based event more your speed? Or are you looking more for coordinated escape rooms, ax throwing, afternoon hikes, volunteering at a nearby shelter, or ghost tours more your flavor? Or perhaps a mixture of both? We design based upon the organization culture and client needs and wants.

Consulting / Solution Finding
Here at Cardinal Communications we never presume to know what a client needs and encourage an open mind during our first meeting. Through conversation and even a bit of brainstorming, the right solution will be found.

We create and run aspiring leaders programs, mid-level career leadership programs, and senior leadership programs, for any and all levels of an organization. From important topics such as HR rules and regulations, company values and mission integration, communication and conflict skills, experiential learning activities, and more, all adapted based upon the level of leadership program needed.
